Package Preparation
Unlike our under $1million commercial loan programs--which may be able to use a residential loan application form(FNMA 1003)--this program requires us to prepare a stabilized income analysis for package submittal.
Your complete & enthusiastic cooperation in including the following information in your loan package will allow us to (1) qualify, analyze & underwrite to different investor guidelines (2) package your loan (3) identify potential investors and (4) acquire rate quotes and full term commitments ---not just a simple "letter of interest":
- At least one(1) year of income & expense data---provide three(3) years for an aggressive interest rate.
- Rent roll listing all tenants--provide lease abstracts if you want an aggressive interest rate.
- Property & market description.
